Rosemary Nocera-Williams

Rosemary’s work experience runs the gamut, from HR to project management, to office management, safety and environmental, policy/procedure development and maintenance, 3rd party audits, communications, training and HRIS/payroll processing, thus providing her with great versatility and flexibility.

Armed with an MBA from Bryant University, her work history spans various industries in both service and manufacturing industries, including 10 years managing a large membership services organization and several years as a business owner for a jewelry manufacturer where she gained unique skills and perspective.

Rosemary provides great depth to her work and is very creative in her suggestions and recommendations. As a former business owner, she is able to work with the client on a personal basis to provide “practical” solutions to their everyday needs.


Katy Wardlaw

Katy developed an understanding of the needs of small businesses when she worked at her family’s business, which was the fourth largest beer distribution company in Ohio. There, she worked with unionized drivers and warehousemen, as well as non-union office staff, and served many roles in office administration within the business. She has a background in sales, technical writing, and large-scale commercial property management.

As a member of the DJP Right Fit Recruiting team, she has performed cost effectiveness analyses, prepared written job descriptions, developed departmental procedures, conducted employee satisfaction surveys, administered 360 Degree Management Evaluations, and a variety of other HR activities for our clients. Katy has a BA in English from the College of Wooster in Ohio.


Sheila Finelli 

Sheila has over 15 years of solid HR management experience, working for a large manufacturing firm in Southeastern Massachusetts, as an HR Manager. She is an all-around generalist with a tremendous work ethic and outstanding employee relation skills. She has also developed and implemented a comprehensive safety program, and represented the company during OSHA inspections.

Prior to that, she managed the office for the VP of Marketing at Speidel,Division of Textron in Rhode Island, and was an award winning Top Sales Consultant for Mary Kay Cosmetics for several years in a row, even earning the prestigious award of a pink company car.


Leo Parent, Retired Safety Director

With over 42 years of experience as a Safety Director at I.C.I Chemicals and Lopes Construction, Leo has an incredible command of OSHA, MSHA, and DOT regulations, and is an expert in safety program development and on-site inspections. He brings a wealth of management and leadership experience from both the manufacturing and construction industries.
